| Summer at last. I managed to survive my first year of med school without taking any classes this summer. While that is a total relief, I don't have a job this summer and as of right now, don't plan on getting one. My mom wants me to help do some remodelling things around the house, so I'll be splitting my time fairly equally between Tulsa and Stilly. In addition, my mom and I plan on doing some traveling. I have to do most of this with her because well, without a job I'm barely gonna make it to the end of summer financially by only paying the bills, so vacations with mom are nice since they are all expenses paid. Summer is always the time for weddings and this one is no different. However, this summer I actually get to help a friend with a lot of the planning for her wedding. I'm incredibly excited for her, in fact, I'm completely jealous of what she and her soon-to-be fiance have in their relationship. Oh well, the future holds the unknown and we can only wait and see what will come to pass. Anyway, my life is calm and quiet, which is incredibly nice right now. | | |

| The next few days are going to be hell. Gotta love how they decided it would be a good idea to put tests in our three hardest classes all within a 5 day spread. The only bright side is the rest of the semester should be relatively easy after this, aside from finals week of course. Not really much to update on, studying until I can no longer focus but then having to force myself to continue. Spring break was somewhat of a relief though definitely overshadowed by the tests to come. Vegas basically sucked for me considering I got the flu thanks to my mom. The only night I really got to enjoy was the first night, Friday. It's great spending over $400 just to sit in a hotel room sick for over 30 hours straight. Aside from all that, nothing much else to say, other than I'm soooo tired of studying right now! When is summer? | | |
| So, it's been forever since I've updated and this is just a short note so people will know I'm still alive. Life has been crazy. School keeps me fifty times busier than last semester, which is something I didn't think was possible. Hence, now I'm a frequent class skipper. Update on guys: they're all basically assholes even my male friends prove that to me on a regular basis. Yeah, I'm a little jaded today on life in general. | | |
